Why we started
Running IT in regulated places teaches you discipline: backups that are tested, changes that can be undone, and networks with no single point of failure.
It also showed us how far most IT support has drifted from the people it serves. Ticket queues, scripted first lines, and contracts built to make leaving painful.
We set up VoltaServices to do it the other way round. The engineer who answers your call is the one who knows your setup. Your data stays in the UK. And everything we build is written down and yours to keep.
How we work
You talk to an engineer
No dispatchers, no scripts. The person who picks up can look at the problem and fix it.
Your data stays in the UK
Hosting and backups run in UK data centres, under UK law, and we can show you where.
You own your setup
Your configs, your keys, your code and your notes. Moving on should be a handover, not a hostage negotiation.
We plan for things breaking
Health checks, offsite copies and restore tests, so a bad day is a short one. New technology only where it pays for itself.
